Chiar daca nu este o problema politica,este vorba de cum sunt trataţi romanii de marile firme!

I have a Kodak EasyShare CD40 camera, which has failed! To use it  I must install the software again. I called the Kodak company representative in Romania and I was told that there was no software for these cameras! It is considered an obsolete product and company policy is oriented towards production of new products and not to repair the remaining!
I live in Romania!
Previously I used to chat at the Kodak experts Where they have tried all sorts of solutions. Eventually they recommended me that I address myself to the nearest Kodak Service!
Can you help? Thanks in advance!

I decided to buy a new camera, but another brand, if this camera can not be repaired! I will be interested to offer their services and post-warranty!

Am o camera foto Kodak EasyShare CD40, la care s-a defectat software-ul! Pentru a folosi în continuare aceasta camera foto , trebuie să instalez acest software din nou. Am sunat la reprezentantul companiei Kodak în România şi mi sa spus că nu au nici un software pentru aceste camere! Ei considera ca acesta este un produs învechit ,şi politica companiei este orientata spre fabricarea de produse noi, şi nu pentru a repara pe cele în uz!
Eu locuiesc în România!
Anterior eu am vorbit cu experţi Kodak,pe internet,unde au încercat tot felul de soluţii. În cele din urmă ei mi-au recomandat: sa cer ajutorul  celui mai apropiat Kodak Service!
Aceasta scrisoare o voi publica pe Internet pentru ca alţi cumpărători potenţiali  să ştie ce să facă atunci când vine vorba de marca KODAK.
Am decis sa cumpăr o camera noua, dar un alt brand, în cazul în care acest aparat nu poate fi reparat! Eu voi fi interesat să îşi ofere serviciile şi post-garanţie!

O alta scrisoare a mea către Kodak

I’m having trouble with my camera! Kodak Easyshare CD 40. I want to do repairs on Kodak representative in Romania! They told me that he can not fix it because the software for this camera is no more!
